Living on the Ice Rind.
I tried to take Cracker Joe for a walk yesterday on the north side of the canyon, thinking that the sun reflecting off the rocky canyon wall would have dried out the road. We slipped around in the deep mud for a few hundred feet before we called it quits and came back to our icy rind. It's time to break out those catalogs and order a pair of mud hoppers!
The weather has slowed down John's project at Navajo City. He needs to haul about a dozen belly dumpers of gravel to bed the area around the concrete pad, where the fuel dispensers are standing proudly with their multicolored hoses and nozzles. The cashier will have no trouble seeing them, they look like they are almost on the porch from inside. Lylbun is shoveling down in one of his holes he has burrowed at the corners of the concrete pad, holes to put steel and concrete down as foundation for the canopy. The real work left (beside building the canopy and installing the lights) is hooking up the new credit card system.
I've been working on a new webpage: The Four Corners HorseTrader Bookstore. There are all sorts of lovely books that I can't afford to buy for myself, but someone can. If you buy any book or other product through my search box, I get a tiny bit of Amazon's money and it doesn't cost you a cent extra. Do me a favor and use it.
This weekend is my target date for giving away puppies. Please call now and reserve yours - operators are standing by....

We are experiencing similar weather - 40 below! Can spring be far away?
Might consider a puppy if I had a picture. Have you tried posting them on the Horse Training website?
should read horse trader website
Nice try, kiddo, but I'll bet you don't get a single taker for the puppies.
